When you become a Marriott Vacation Club DestinationsTM Owner, you purchase a deeded interest in real estate that entitles you to receive the same allotment of Vacation Club Points for use every year. Pricing starts at approximately $16,410 for 1,500 Vacation Club Points. Most Owners purchase an average of 2,500 to 3,500 points to meet their vacation needs.
